Every piece offered in the Catalogue is made by hand, one at a time, in this studio. Each is numbered and recorded. None are repeated.
Photographs represent the pieces as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur depending on screen calibration and lighting conditions. These are not defects.
All measurements and weights stated in the catalogue are accurate at the time of listing.
Prices are shown in euros, and in Swedish kronor for orders placed within Sweden. Swedish VAT is included in every price shown.
Within the European Union there are no customs formalities and no import charges — nothing further is due on delivery. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are calculated individually and confirmed with you in writing before dispatch.
Payment is processed securely at checkout. The studio does not store payment information.
Prices are confirmed at the time of order. The studio reserves the right to correct pricing errors — in such cases you will be informed before dispatch and may cancel without penalty.
A commission is a custom piece made to your specification. The process has four stages: correspondence, proposal, making, and delivery.
A design fee of €500 is payable before the proposal stage begins. Work on the proposal starts only once you have confirmed in writing that you wish it to begin, and you acknowledge at that point that the fee becomes non-refundable as the work is carried out to your specification. The fee is applied in full against the price of the finished piece.
Material costs are invoiced and paid before any materials are ordered. The balance of the final price is settled before the piece leaves the studio.
Commissioned pieces are made to individual specification and are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. They cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the approved proposal.
Timeframes are agreed at the proposal stage and confirmed in writing. The studio accepts a small number of commissions each year.
Dispatch times, carriers, insurance and destinations are set out on the Shipping & delivery page.
Your right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and the way returns are handled, are set out on the Returns page. Both pages form part of these terms.
All designs, images, and written content on this site are the property of Ewa Z. Sleziona. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
Except where stated below, the studio's liability is limited to the value of the purchase. The studio is not liable for indirect loss, consequential damage, or loss of use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Swedish law.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If something is not right, write to the studio first. Most matters are resolved directly and quickly.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country in which you live.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the competent Swedish courts. Consumers in cross-border purchases may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country for free assistance.
