To place an order you must be 18 years of age or over. You may place your order by adding the product to the cart and proceeding to the secure checkout. We will confirm your order via email, once your payment has been received by us. The confirmation of your order does not mean that we have accepted your order, and we reserve a right to decline your order after you have received our confirmation.Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order and the shipping confirmation is sent to you via email. Guest login/Customer Account
New customers who do not have an active customer account can purchase our jewellery using Guest Login. Customer Accounts for new customers will be created at the end of the checkout process. You do not need to have an account to shop on our website.Prices & payments
The prices payable for products that you ordered are as set out in our website. All prices are quoted in EURO inclusive of VAT. Please note, if you purchase from outside the EURO Area, factors such as currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.The prices are subject to change. We reserves the right to change prices without notice and to correct pricing errors.
We accept all major credit cards through the secure payment service of Shopify Payments and PayPal payments.
Taxes & Duties
If you order from outside the EU you are responsible for payment of any local duties or taxes which may be payable on entry of your order into the relevant country.Delivery
Our delivery charges are set out in our website. Please note that we may not be able to deliver to some locations.We will deliver your ordered goods to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give is correct and accurate.
We do not ship to P.O.Boxes adresses.
You will become the owner of the ordered goods when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
Cancellations by you/Returns
Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may cancel the contract and return goods you ordered within 14 calendar days after you have received them.

Damaged products

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if :- we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered,
- one or more of the ordered products by you has been listed at an incorrect price,
- your adress information is incorrect or we do not deliver to your location (area),
- your payment information is unverifiable or incorrect,
- your order has been placed for fraudulent purposes.
Liability
If the goods we deliver to you are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall not be liable to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. We are not responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the Swedish Mail or courier.The Customers are responsible for all the appropriate Import, Customs Duties and other Taxes.
