What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when necessary and only for the purposes described in this policy. The data we may collect includes:

Identity data — your name.
Contact data — your email address, postal address, and telephone number if provided.
Order data — details of products purchased, order value, and order history.
Payment data — payment is processed by Klarna and Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details. Payment processors receive only what is necessary to complete your transaction.

Communication data — any correspondence you send us, including commission enquiries sent to ewa@ewasleziona.com.

Shopify

Klarna
When you choose to pay via Klarna, your personal data — including name, address, and order details — is shared with Klarna Bank AB, which acts as an independent data controller for the purposes of processing your payment. Klarna's privacy policy is available at klarna.com/privacy.

Shopify Payments
If you pay by card via Shopify Payments, your payment data is handled by Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your full card details.

Google
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google acts as a data processor for this purpose. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel and the Instagram Shop. Meta acts as an independent data controller for these purposes. Meta's privacy policy is available at privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.

Consentmo
We use Consentmo to manage cookie consent on the site. Consentmo processes your consent choices and related technical data on our behalf. For details, see Consentmo's data processing policy at consentmo.com.

Delivery
When we ship an order, we share your name and delivery address with our chosen postal or courier service. This data is used solely to deliver your order.

Automated decision-making

The studio does not make automated decisions about you and does not profile you.

If you choose to pay with Klarna, Klarna may carry out an automated assessment of your creditworthiness in order to decide whether to offer you a particular payment method. This decision is made by Klarna as an independent controller, not by the studio. You have the right to obtain human intervention from Klarna, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision. Details are set out in Klarna's own privacy policy.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers — including Google and Meta — are based outside the European Economic Area and may process your data in countries such as the United States. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place: these providers are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission apply in addition. You can request details of these safeguards by contacting us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification
You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure
You may ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have a legal basis to hold it. Note that we are required by law to retain certain data — such as accounting records — for defined periods.

Right to restriction
You may ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability
Where processing is based on your consent or a contract, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
