We ship our jewellery Worldwide. All orders require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured. We will deliver your goods to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. All packages are shipped within 2-4 business days of the date on which your order has been placed. Please note that we do not ship to P.O.Boxes and military APO or FPO addresses.

Prices & Payment
All prices shown on EwaSleziona.com are our current suggested Retail prices and are quoted in EURO inclusive of VAT.
We accept all major credit cards through the secure payment service ShopifyPayments or PayPal.
All Customers are responsible for all the appropriate Import, Customs Duties and other Taxes incurred in the country of destination.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days (European Customers) or 14 working days (International Customers) of the date on which your ordered goods have been dispatched, we shall not be liable for your order unless you notify us by email at email@example.com of the problem within 14 days (European Customers) or 21 days (International Customers) of the date on which your ordered goods have been dispatched. If you notify us of a problem under the condition described above, we will be only obligated to refund you the entire amount paid by you for the goods in question provaded that the post office/courier will confirm that the package was not delivered. Because of uniqueness of our goods and impossibility of the replacement, the undelivered product can be only refunded.
Refund of undelivered orders
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of non-delivery notice. The entire amount paid by you for the goods will be credited to your credit card including shipping charges and VAT for EU-Customers.
Out of Stock Items
If for any reason the goods you order are out of stock, we will personally contact you whilst processing your order. You will not be charged for any goods we cannot fulfill.
